Lynn Hackney is an accomplished real estate development professional with extensive experience in creating value through innovative design and community-focused initiatives. Currently serving as Principal at Community Three since January 2018, Lynn is dedicated to fostering first-class urban environments while prioritizing sustainable construction practices. Previously, Lynn founded Allyson Capital in 2008, which specialized in urban residential developments in Washington D.C. From September 2001 to December 2017, Lynn held the position of CEO at Urban Pace. Lynn's educational background includes an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, complemented by a BS in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University. Lynn is also pursuing further education at Harvard Business School.
