Alice Rocha

Alice Rocha has over 17 years of experience in the nonprofit and community development sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Loan Officer at Northern California Community Loan Fund since June 2006, Alice has been instrumental in fostering financial solutions for underserved communities. Prior to this role, Alice worked as a Senior Program Officer at Vanguard Public Foundation from January 2000 to June 2006, where significant contributions were made to program development and implementation.
