Patrick Spanfelner

Patrick Spanfelner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Explorer Capital since January 2020, Patrick focuses on exploring global real estate markets to identify optimal investment opportunities for accredited investors. In parallel, Patrick founded EXSTR, a property management company that specializes in high-end furnished rentals in Cali, Colombia. Additionally, Patrick has been involved with Commutifi as an investor and runs Caliadventurer.com, a blog dedicated to living and investing in Colombia. Previously, Patrick was a partner at Cali Capital, directing foreign investment into Colombian real estate and private equity, and held roles at LifeAfar, Tortilla Flats, and Jysk Rejsebureau. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Syddansk Universitet and an International Business high school diploma from Vejle Handelsskole.
