Al Bunte

Al Bunte is a seasoned executive currently serving as a retired executive, seed investor, and advisor since March 2021. Bunte has a long tenure at Commvault, starting in October 1999, where roles have included Executive Advisor to the CEO, Board Member, and COO & Co-founder, contributing significantly to the growth of the company to a $700 million+ organization with over 2,500 employees. Bunte also participates on the Advisory Board of The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business since 2017, and previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Planning and Business Development at Norand Corporation from 1984 to 1998, along with experience as Senior Staff at Accenture from 1978 to 1983. Bunte holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
