Andrew Teng is an experienced executive specializing in business transformation and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as VP of Global Business Transformation at Commvault since October 2020, Andrew leads complex, cross-organizational efforts to drive disruptive change. Previously, Andrew held multiple roles at VMware, including VP of Dell Synergy and Transformation APJ, where Andrew focused on increasing license sales, and VP of Emerging Business and Strategic Initiatives, responsible for specialty sales and sales transformation. At EMC, Andrew was instrumental in building an internal strategy consulting group and significantly reducing consulting spend while also supporting worldwide sales transformation efforts. Andrew's career began at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Principal, working with high-tech and telecommunications clients. Andrew holds a B.Sc. in Economics and a BAS in Computer Science Engineering from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
