Dave Oshinsky

Dave Oshinsky has extensive experience in software engineering and development, with a focus on backup and recovery solutions, biometric systems, and music transcription technologies. Currently serving as DMTS at Commvault since 2013, Oshinsky has contributed to the design and development of software for various database systems, including Amazon DynamoDB and Oracle. Prior roles include Senior Principal Software Engineer at MorphoTrust USA, where Oshinsky enhanced biometric software, and CTO at SerendipiTunes, where innovative music transcription software was created. Oshinsky's career began at AT&T Bell Laboratories, culminating in significant contributions as a Senior Software Developer and Lead Architect at CommVault Systems. With advanced degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Connecticut and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Oshinsky combines technical expertise with a strong academic foundation.
