Justin Lauer

Justin Lauer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in technical sales strategy, customer engagement, and team leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Sales Strategy for Managed Service Providers at Commvault, Lauer is responsible for shaping go-to-market technical strategies for the Metallic SaaS offering. Previously, Lauer held the position of Field CTO at Rubrik, Inc., where strategic sales opportunities and product priorities were shaped through industry trend analysis. Lauer's tenure at Tintri involved roles as a Principal Technology Evangelist and Sr. Systems Engineer, achieving prominent sales performance and recognition awards. Additional experience includes leadership roles at EMC, Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics, Accellis Technology Group, Alltech Resources, Dealer Tire, and 1World Computer Services. Lauer holds a degree from John Carroll University.
