Lev Hojda

Lev Hojda is an experienced Talent Development and Organizational Development leader currently serving as the Talent Development Leader at Commvault since November 2022, specializing in enhancing leadership capabilities through systems thinking and expert coaching. Prior to this role, Lev Hojda operated as an Organizational Development Consultant where projects included facilitating training and designing onboarding programs.
