Michelle Clarke is an experienced professional in the technology industry, currently serving as the EMEA Escalation Manager at Commvault since April 2019. With over 18 years of experience at IBM in various roles including Critical Situation/Incident Manager and Technical Support Team Leader, Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership and excellent communication skills in high-pressure environments.
