Director, Customer Success

Patrick Kelly serves as the Director of Customer Success at Commvault, leading initiatives across the Americas and overseeing various success teams. Since joining the company in July 2018, Patrick has implemented strategic programs, focusing on customer retention and expansion, which resulted in an increase in global retention rates. Previous roles at Commvault include Director of Customer Success Expansion and Senior Manager positions, where Patrick developed global expansion strategies and managed teams, achieving substantial net revenue retention (NRR) targets. Prior experience includes a Technical Manager role at ITELL, managing a small team and a large virtual environment, and an IT Specialist position in the Brick Township Public School District. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Syracuse University.
