Paula Jory

Paula Jory has extensive experience in technical support and management within the IT sector, currently serving as EMEA Escalation Manager at Commvault since January 2013. In this role, Paula manages escalated accounts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, collaborating with customers, third parties, and internal teams to achieve resolutions. Prior positions at Commvault include EMEA Technical Support Supervisor for both Messaging and Media Management, where Paula led a team of skilled engineers focusing on various technical areas, such as SnapMirror, SnapVault, and content indexing. Before joining Commvault, Paula worked at Thomson Local from February 2000 to January 2013 as a Technology Infrastructure Engineer and began a career as Network Manager at Anite Limited in 1998.
