Richard Gadd

Richard Gadd has extensive leadership experience in the technology sector, currently serving as SVP and General Manager for EMEA at Commvault since October 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of VP & General Manager, EMEA at Cohesity from June 2021 to October 2023. Richard's career includes significant roles at Hitachi Vantara as SVP & General Manager, EMEA and Managing Director, UK&I, as well as various positions with EMC, where responsibilities included Senior Director of EMEA Global Accounts and Sales Director for both UK FSI and UK Commercial. Earlier experience includes serving as Enterprise Business Director at Computacenter and as Sales Director at Morse. Richard began a sales career at Xerox from 1994 to 1999. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Middlesex University, earned between September 1989 and June 1991, and attended Ranelagh Church of England Secondary School from September 1982 to July 1988.
