Rick Baumgart has extensive experience in sales leadership within the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President for the Western US at CommVault Systems since 2008, Rick leads the sales organization in delivering data management software solutions, including data protection and compliance. Previously, Rick held several roles at EMC from December 2000 to September 2008, including US VP for SLED & Healthcare and Director of Sales for California, where responsibilities included managing an enterprise sales team with significant revenue goals. Rick began a career in sales and management at Lanier Worldwide, Inc., served as Sales Manager for Manderley Turf Products, and worked in engineering and inside sales at GH Bettis. Rick holds a degree from MacMurray College, attained between 1976 and 1980.
