Rita Nand is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in global benefits management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Benefits Executive at Commvault since May 2022, Rita delivers comprehensive HR support for a publicly traded software company with approximately 2,900 employees. Previous roles include Sr. Global Benefits Manager at Solidigm, Senior Global Benefits Program Manager at Box, and Benefits Program Manager at Pure Storage, where Rita led teams and managed benefits programs for thousands of employees across multiple countries. Rita's expertise also encompasses compensation analysis and HR operations from positions held at Quantcast, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, EMC2 (Dell), Stanford University, and Smith Auto Care.
