Steven van As

Steven van As is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR transformations and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Human Resources Project Lead at Commvault since July 2021, Steven is focused on transforming the International HR team to enhance its strategic role within the organization. Previous roles include HR Management Partner at VMware and various positions at Nokia Networks, where responsibilities ranged from Strategic Business HR Manager for the MEA region to Head of HR for the LGAP subregion. Steven also held multiple HR management roles at Nokia from 1999 to 2007 and began a career in project management at Ericsson from 1995 to 1998. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
