Noor Shaikh has worked at CommVersion since 2018. Noor started as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative in November 2019. Noor then became a Quality Analyst in April 2021 and later transitioned to the role of Client Success Executive in March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Commercial Business Intelligence Manager as of April 2023.

Prior to working at CommVersion, Noor worked at Sitel as a Customer Service Representative from September 2017 to July 2018.
