Christophe Gerlach

Christophe Gerlach is the Co-Founder and CEO of Comp, a comprehensive compensation partner specializing in remuneration expertise and innovative technology, since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Investor in HR Tech at General Atlantic from June 2020 to April 2022, where Christophe focused on studying and investing in the HR technology sector. Prior to that, Christophe co-founded and led Suna, a food delivery business in upstate New York, managing a team of 25 from October 2017 to June 2020. Additional roles include Teaching Assistant for Financial Statement Analysis at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, Project Manager for Cornell Venture Capital, and various internships including positions at New Enterprise Associates and Agnes.io. Christophe began a career in the restaurant industry and holds an education from Cornell University, having previously attended Gonzaga College High School.
