Pedro Bobrow

Pedro Bobrow is a seasoned entrepreneur and product manager with extensive experience in the tech and consulting sectors. As Co-Founder of Comp since September 2022, Pedro has been instrumental in creating innovative Total Rewards solutions, including a real-time database and a smart platform for optimizing compensation processes. Prior to this, Pedro served as Senior Product Manager at Lyft, leading high-priority initiatives in collaboration with the co-founders and executive team. Previously, Pedro has held key roles such as Co-Founder at Suna, where an order-ahead delivery business was successfully acquired, and Co-Founder and Head of Product at Salut. With a strong educational background that includes an M.P.S. in Computer and Science, Artificial Intelligence from Cornell University, and dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science & Applied Economics and Business & Economics from Cornell University and Brandeis University, respectively, Pedro Bobrow has a solid foundation in both technology and economics.
