Kandace Suarez

Kandace Suarez has a diverse work experience. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Social Media Specialist at Lakeland Automall Ford & Hyundai. In 2020, they joined Victory Christian Academy as a Spanish Teacher, where they developed lesson plans and engaged students in interactive learning. From 2022 to the present, Kandace serves as Director of Account Services at Comp360, where they oversee the account management team, implements strategies for client retention and growth, and manages strategically important accounts. Prior to this role, they also worked at Comp360 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager - CSR, handling insurance policies, claims, and audits.

Kandace Suarez attended Southeastern University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies with Magna Cum Laude honors.
