Bobby Dysart

Bobby Dysart has a long and varied work experience. Bobby started their career in 2007 as a Senior Market Director at Cbeyond - now a Birch Company. In 2011, they became the Co-Founder of Skilloop, an online community marketplace for offline lessons. In 2012, they joined Blue Jeans Network as an Enterprise Sales representative. In 2016, they became a Consultant at Liquid Web. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Director of North America Sales at NationBuilder. In 2018, they joined Socialive as the VP of Sales and Customer Success. In 2019, they founded Finley Track and became an Advisor at Black Gibbon. Finally, in 2020, they became the Creator and Author of The 5 Buckets, A Framework for Living with Intention and in 2022 they took on the role of Head of Sales at Compa, where they help Enterprise People teams capture candidate insights, build real-time market data, improve pay decisions, and deliver perfect offers.

Bobby Dysart graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
