Jennifer Pasqualini

Jennifer Pasqualini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and global equity management. Currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards & Global Equity Management at Stripe, Jennifer has also held vice president positions in total rewards at Autodesk and Workday. In addition to these roles, Jennifer contributes to the strategic direction of organizations as an Advisory Board Member at Compa and BrightPlan. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of North Texas.
