Joshua Curry has a diverse work experience that spans from 2018 to 2021. In 2018, they were chosen to participate in the Computer Science Summer Institute - HBCU at Google, where they developed a program in Python that uses the Google Vision API, Twitter's API, and the Google Translate API to identify a picture and tweet the translation and image to a specifically created Twitter account. Joshua also participated in the Computer Science Summer Institute - Coursera, where they completed Java Programming: Solving Problems with Software by Duke University on Coursera. In 2019, they were a #EarlyBird Participant at Twitter and an Undergraduate Researcher at Morehouse College, where they created a data visualization that helps analyze equity in COVID-19 federal funding, developed a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter and Dart that allows for user-chatbot dialogue, and worked on a chatbot using Dialogflow for incoming Morehouse College students to use. In 2020, they were an InternHacks 2020 Cohort at URx, a Software Engineer Intern at Vower, and a Software Engineering Intern at Autodesk. Finally, in 2021, they are a Software Engineer at Compa and an iOS Developer at HBCU C2.

Joshua Curry is currently attending Morehouse College, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering. Joshua is expected to graduate in 2022. Curry also holds a certification in Java Programming: Solving Problems with Software from Coursera, which they obtained in July 2018.
