Eric Draijer is the Managing Director and co-CEO of Compado and currently serves as VP - Core Business. They co-founded Serving Chefs and Ribs Revolution, and previously held roles such as Global Entrepreneur in Residence at Rocket Internet Benelux, where they contributed to business development for HelloFresh in the Netherlands and launched the Belgian market for Zalando. They also managed consulting projects at Octo Ventures UG focused on organizational restructuring and efficiency. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Economics and Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
