Heather L. is a seasoned UI/UX design leader with extensive experience in user experience research and design. Currently serving as a UI/UX Design Leader at Compal since January 2017, Heather has previously held positions as a Senior UX Designer at Foxconn, where responsibilities included developing user personas and enhancing usability for wearable devices, and as an Interaction Designer at Delta Electronics, focusing on user interface specifications for various electronic products. Earlier in the career, Heather was a freelance designer and researcher, as well as held roles at BenQ and Han Lien International Corp. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Design, Strategy & Innovation from Brunel University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Tunghai University.
