Jonathan Chan

Jonathan Chan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal counsel and strategic business development. Currently serving as Group General Counsel and Vice President at 仁寶 since April 2018, Jonathan participates in the development of corporate policies and provides legal guidance on various issues. Previously, as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Sales & Business Development at Pou Chen Group from January 2014 to March 2018, Jonathan managed significant sales operations. Prior legal roles include Executive Director - Legal at 美商高通國際股份有限公司, where Jonathan handled a broad range of legal matters for Taiwan operations, and Regional Legal Director at Dell Technologies, where Jonathan led legal support across Asian design centers. Jonathan holds an LL.M. in Corporate & Securities from Cornell Law School, an IMBA focused on Strategy from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from National Chengchi University.
