Tim Chen

Tim Chen is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Corporate Sr. Sales Director for Servers at Compal since November 2022. Prior to this role, Tim worked at Advantech USA as a Sales Executive for Key Accounts, focusing on embedded solutions, IoT, and servers. Tim also held the position of Sr. Director at Supermicro from December 2007 to October 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing IoT, embedded services, and the server ecosystem. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head of Sales for APAC at Motorola Home & Networks Mobility and as Managing Director for LITEON Technology in Europe, contributing to the display and electronics business. Tim's diplomatic background includes a tenure as a Career Diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taiwan. Tim holds an MA in International MBA from Ulster University, earned between 1991 and 1992.
