Young Lin has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Finance Manager at Compal since December 2011. In this role, Young Lin manages the financial budget and cash flow for six subsidiaries and reports to the HQ CFO about operations in China, foreign exchange performance, and capital movement decisions. Prior to this, Young Lin worked as a Finance Analyst at L & L Energy for one year, where responsibilities included analyzing operational results and preparing financial models for the USD$180 million DaPing Coal Mine M&A. Young Lin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
