Ciaran Boland

Ciaran Boland is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Companjon since February 2021, Ciaran oversees HR functions for a leading European tech venture specializing in embedded insurance. Prior to this, Ciaran held positions at Daon as HR Manager for the EMEA/APAC regions and as an HR Generalist at Autotask Corporation and Aptean, where responsibilities included managing HR processes across multiple departments. Ciaran's earlier roles include tutoring at NUI Galway and teaching at Sacred Heart School, alongside an internship at STL Logistics. Ciaran holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Galway and completed the Irish Leaving Cert at Colaiste Choilm.
