Company Brokers focuses on small and medium sized businesses. Transactions vary from € 400.000 up to € 30 million for companies acting within many different markets.

Our own portfolio of privately owned companies without successor combined with our extensive network gives us an excellent view on the market possibilities. We support strategic buyers as well as MBO and MBI candidates in identifying and approaching their targets, during the negotiations and in structuring the final deal. This includes finding the adequate financing propositions.
