Lance Bauerfeind

Lance Bauerfeind boasts extensive experience in production management and training simulation, having served as Production Manager at Alphamedia Productions from 2005 to 2009, where systems were instituted to surpass KPI expectations while managing a team of eight. As Founder and Creative Director of Pepper Creative since September 2009, Lance established a boutique agency focused on scenario-based learning and immersive media, overseeing a cross-functional team that catered to clients globally. Currently, as Head of Training and Simulation at Company-X since June 2019, Lance has developed a robust training capability serving notable clients like the Royal New Zealand Navy, including the successful launch of the Navy's Flight Deck Officer simulation training in March 2025. Lance holds a Graduate Diploma in Multimedia from Auckland University of Technology.
