Павел Шальнов is currently the VP and deputy head of the client management department at Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation. They also lead the development of transactional products at VTB. Previously, Павел held senior positions including MD and head of Consumer & Retail at Sberbank CIB and MD, deputy head of FI at Sberbank. With experience in sales across the Consumer & Retail sectors and expertise in banking and investment products, Павел has managed a team of 20 and engaged with top executives in the industry. Pavел earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics.
