Reviving the beloved το ρόδι magazine to launch Greece’s largest child literacy campaign—distributing 50,000 free copies monthly, 600,000 annually, nationwide!

"το ρόδι" first made its debut in 1977 under the leadership of publisher Drossoula Vassiliou-Elliott and an exceptional editorial team, including Eleni Gazi-Arvaniti, Marianna Veremi, and Hillary Sakellariadi. The magazine broke new ground by enriching children’s knowledge with content beyond the school curriculum, fostering creativity, dialogue, and active participation. Through its unique combination of education, storytelling, art, and expert insights, "το ρόδι" became a cherished resource for children and families alike.

Today, Drossoula’s daughter, Lucy, and a dedicated team of creators are reviving "το ρόδι" with the same vision and aspirations. Their goal is to distribute 50,000 copies across Greece, entirely subsidized by sponsors, ensuring free access for all children. With this effort, the new "το ρόδι" aims to inspire the next generation, offering a space for learning, imagination, and connection away from screens.
