𝑬𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒆 is an international organisation spearheading and advocating for Rights of Nature, International Law of Ecocide and application of environmental restorative justice primarily in the Balkan & Mediterranean bioregions

We are pioneering promotion and recognition of Nature’s inherent and inalienable right to exist, live, thrive and evolve naturally in Serbia and the Balkans & through our Declaration of the Rights of the Mediterranean bioregion we extend that work to MENA region as well.

We work to ensure that more-than-human life forms' voices are heard and taken into account at all levels of decision making, especially in planning and legal matters.

Our vision is a world where all living beings live in harmony with each other respecting each other’s right to life without harm.

Our work covers advocating on behalf of all living beings through various legal, mostly international actions, in cooperation with the local communities on the frontlines of Nature harm, through organising and presenting Right of Nature Tribunals, taking action at international legal level, drafting national and more-than-human community specific rights of Nature laws or charters, awareness raising and knowledge expanding, networking and other ways of engagement and cooperation with like-minded communities and organisations bio-region wide.
