Women Integrating Women in High-Tech was founded by Taly Gliksman in 2022 with a clear vision: to advance genuine gender equality and significantly increase women’s representation in Israel’s high-tech industry.

Today, it is the largest women-focused high-tech community in Israel, with more than 64,000 members in Facebook, Mentorit App, Podcast, Webinar and חברה מביאה חברה projects.

Our strength lies in high-impact, high-quality networking and our unique “Women Bring Women” model — a structured approach that creates direct, meaningful connections between job seekers and hiring companies, accelerating access to real opportunities.
