Harm Dijkstra

Harm Dijkstra is a Tendermanager at Reisbalans, overseeing European and national tenders for mobility clients. Harm's previous experiences include roles at BMC Advies and Gemeente Enschede, where they conducted research and evaluations on regional cooperation and citizen participation, respectively. As a proactive and communicative individual, Harm has also served in several advisory and committee positions, such as a commission member for the CDA Fractie in Utrecht and various consultancy roles in the public sector. They hold a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Twente.
