Katy O'Hanlon is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment across various industries. Currently positioned as a Talent Acquisition Lead, Katy has previously held roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner, demonstrating significant expertise in the field. Katy's career began as a Recruiter at MacAndrews & Forbes, followed by progressive roles at Michael Page, including Senior Recruitment Consultant and Associate Consultant. Additionally, Katy gained early experience as a Legal Recruiting Assistant at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and as a Sustainability Initiative Intern at Rainforest Alliance. Educationally, Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University, complemented by a study abroad experience with IES Abroad in 2012.
