Sofia Croft

Sofia Croft is currently the Head of People and Culture at ComparaJá. Prior to this, they served as an HR Manager at Fosun Hive from January 2021 to March 2022. Sofia has also worked as an HR Specialist at Generis Farmaceutica SA from January 2020 to October 2020, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the training program, developing and implementing human resource department policies and procedures, assuring the onboarding process of FTE's, trainees and externals, and serving as an HR Advisor to the daily tasks. Sofia also worked as an HR Specialist at Deutsche Bank from January 2018 to June 2019, where they managed training programs, was responsible for Recruitment & Selection process for the DB internship program and external staff, oversaw onboarding – FTE’s, trainees and externals, served as an HR Advisor to the daily tasks, managed Diversity programs, and delivered Regulatory National and International reports. Before their career in human resources, Sofia worked as a Personal Assistant at W. Family from November 2016 to December 2017 and as an Assistant Manager at CATÓLICA-LISBON | Executive Education from September 2015 to September 2016.

Sofia Croft has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. Sofia also has a Post-graduation in Human Resources Management and Social Benefits from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. Sofia Croft's undergraduate degree is in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Sofia also has a certification from FirstMind in FirstMind: Certified Practitioner.
