Mike Wroe

Mike Wroe is an accomplished financial executive and business advisor with extensive experience across various industries. Currently self-employed as a Growth Business and IPO Advisor since April 2017, Mike has previously held significant roles such as CFO at JUST EAT and Chief Financial Officer at Nexagent. Additional experience includes being an Operational Auditor at Whitbread, Finance Director at Innovision Research & Technology plc and Integral Facilities Management, and Divisional Finance Director at Servisair. Mike has also contributed as a Trustee for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and served as a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Purplebricks Group PLC. Educational qualifications include a BSc Joint Honours degree from the University of Nottingham, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
