Daniel Lang

Vice President, Ad Tech Services at Compas

Daniel Lang has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the media and lacrosse industries. Daniel started their career as an NBC2Go Coordinator at NBC in 2009, where they created show formats and scheduled promos for mobile TV channels. From 2010 to 2011, Daniel worked as an Intern/Coach for Global Players, touring European cities, coaching lacrosse teams, and creating practice plans. In 2011, they served as Head Coach for the Vienna Monarchs Lacrosse Club, leading the team to victory in the Austrian Lacrosse League. Daniel then joined Marist College as a Graduate Assistant Lacrosse Coach, where they were responsible for defense development, game planning, and managing social media outlets. Daniel'smedia career continued at NBC Sports in 2013, where they worked as a Traffic Coordinator and later as a Senior Coordinator, overseeing advertising operations for affiliate sites during the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. Daniel's experience in ad operations expanded at NBCUniversal Media, LLC in 2016 as an Ad Platform Specialist, where they tested and troubleshooted ad performance and trained colleagues on implementing new targeting and creative techniques. In 2017, Daniel joined CMI Media as the Manager of Digital Operations, responsible for overseeing digital advertising operations. Daniel later moved to Compas, where they held roles such as Associate Director of Digital Operations, Director of Digital Ad Operations, and Vice President of Ad Tech Services.

Daniel Lang attended Marist College from 2005 to 2009, where they received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Radio, TV, and Film. Daniel then continued their education at Marist College from 2011 to 2013, earning a Master of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies.
