Andy Deltsov

Andy Deltsov is an accomplished Game Producer with extensive experience in game development and education. Currently serving as a Game Producer at Stark Games since May 2024, Andy previously held positions as a Game Design Lecturer at Compass College and Game Producer at Belka Games. Notably, Andy was the Chief Product Officer and Project Manager at PlayFlock for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included mobile games, web services, and app development. As the co-founder and CEO of CRUX, LLC, Andy oversaw client negotiations and remote staff management, and also contributed as an Engineer at Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG.
