Neil Morris

Neil Morris is currently the Managing Director at Compass Fostering, a position they have held since 2026. Previously, they served as Operations Director at Foster Care Associates and as a Registered Manager at both Foster Care Associates and Swiis Foster Care England. Neil also has experience as a Child Protection Social Worker for Darlington Local Authority and as a Team Manager for the National Fostering Agency. They hold degrees in Business Management from Leeds University and Strategic Business Management from Teesside University, as well as a Social Work degree from the University of Sunderland.
