At Compass Datacenters, Carter served as Senior Delivery Manager and Delivery Manager from June 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing major infrastructure projects. Prior to this, Carter worked at The Beck Group from June 2017 to June 2021, initially as an Assistant Project Manager, managing collaborations with AT&T Corporate Real Estate and completing vital datacenter upgrades for advanced networking solutions. Additional roles included Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer at The Beck Group within an AT&T Alliance, as well as an Office Engineer at Holder Construction Company, where Carter supervised multiple subcontractor trades on a $40 million project.
