Tracy Isley

Tracy Isley currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Tax at Compass Datacenters since September 2023. Previously held the position of Global Tax Director at Evoque Data Center Solutions from March 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Tracy served as Tax Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP for nearly seven years, following a tenure as Senior Manager at Hartman Leito & Bolt LLP, which transitioned to BDO in June 2014. Tracy's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Tax at e-Rewards and Senior Tax Manager at Hein & Associates, among others. Tracy began the professional career at KPMG as Tax Staff and has consistently advanced through various tax-related roles since graduating from the University of North Texas in 1999.
