Meredith White

Meredith White is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent operations, human resources, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Operations Manager and previously as a Talent Operations Consultant at Compass Digital since March 2022, Meredith has held key positions at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare as a Human Resources Program Manager and Medical Department Project Manager from May 2017 to March 2022. An earlier background at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals involved roles as Project Manager and Sales Operations Associate, among others, spanning from 2006 to 2016. Additional experience includes working as a Day Supports Program Manager at Skyland Trail and an Outpatient Therapist at Philhaven, following a foundation in project management and counseling that began in 2001.
