Paul Calice

Paul Calice has a diverse work experience in the field of digital strategy, culinary operations, and executive chef roles. Paul started their career at Aramark in 2008 as an Executive Chef, responsible for catering and conference centers at UNC Chapel Hill. In 2010, they became a District Executive Chef for Aramark, overseeing all culinary operations and managing a multi-million dollar food sales operation. In 2013, Paul joined Compass Group as a Regional Executive Chef until 2018.
