Thomas Fox

Thomas Fox is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in both back-end and front-end development. Currently serving as Software Engineer II at Compass Digital since May 2022, Thomas has contributed to the Announcements module revamp and developed scalable services in a microservices AWS environment. Previously, as a Junior Full Stack Developer at Radio.co, Thomas built the front-end of a new app builder website using Next.js, TypeScript, and SWR. Thomas's career also includes roles in web development and management, including positions at 1214 Media, Simpl, and Café Beermoth, where managerial skills were demonstrated through operational improvements and team coaching. Thomas began professional experience in the hospitality industry, including significant management roles at BrewDog, enhancing profit margins and team efficiency. Thomas holds a BA in Classics from UCL, completed in 2011.
