Skyla Steele has held various roles in companies such as Compass Education, Meridian One, Yarra Trams, and Tin Pan Alley. Skyla has experience as a Product Owner, Support Team Lead, Client Support Officer, Seminar Consultant, Administration, Security Risk, and in kitchen and floor staff roles. Skyla earned a Master's degree in Business from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology and Philosophy from the same university. Previous education includes attending the Australian International School of Singapore and Upwey High School.
