Geoffrey Dobson

Geoffrey Dobson is an accomplished leadership expert and organizational consultant with extensive experience in the life sciences sector and beyond. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Newgrange Consultants Ltd, Geoffrey has previously held notable positions including Non-Executive Advisor to the Board at Compass Executives and Director at Coulter Partners, where leadership searches were conducted across a diverse client base globally. In addition, Geoffrey has contributed to academia as an Associate/Guest Lecturer at the University of Northampton and conducted PhD research on Leadership Development at Loughborough University. Past roles also include HR Director at The Francis Crick Institute and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at BTG plc, among other significant positions in human resource management.
