Bryan Decker has extensive experience in operational management and nuclear engineering. From June 2015 to July 2017, Bryan served as Senior Manager on the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71), overseeing the operations and maintenance of nuclear reactor plants and training over 400 nuclear operators. Following this role, Bryan worked at Facebook, beginning in February 2020 as Global Operations Readiness Manager and later as Global Operations Excellence Lead until November 2021. Bryan continued with Meta as Global Operations Readiness Manager from July 2017 to April 2023. Currently, Bryan is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Compass Facilities since May 2023. Bryan's foundational experience in the US Navy as Nuclear/Electrical Lead from September 2011 to June 2015 complements a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology obtained from Excelsior College between 2010 and 2015.
