Jon Mann

Jon Mann is currently the Director of Food Services at Compass Group Canada, a position held since 2022. Previously, Jon served as the Director of Food Services for Aramark under a maternity leave contract and held leadership roles as the Assistant General Manager of Restaurants at Eataly and General Manager at Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality. With a foundational background in the hospitality industry beginning in 2007, Jon has cultivated extensive experience across various roles, including restaurant management and supervisory positions in notable establishments like Beckta Dining & Wine and Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Jon completed a diploma in Hospitality Management from Algonquin College and is pursuing a Level 3 designation from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
